We Are Sweet

At Cornerstone Chocolates and Confections, Chef Felicia Kalaluhi enthusiastically shares her passion for quality ingredients and bold flavors to create fun dessert combinations, taking your palette on a tasteful journey that you're sure to enjoy.  She is a graduate of the intense training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (hyde park,'NY) and has extensive professional experience as a pastry chef in the hospitality industry at various venues including The Lodge at Vail, The Garden City Hotel, and Vail Cascade Resort and Spa.  She has also fostered knowledge of dessert wines while working at Clinton Vineyards in Clinton Corners, New York before establishing Cornerstone Chocolates & Confections and teaching as a Chef Instructor at Colorado Mountain College.
